Julie McCracken is an advocate, voice and visionary in disability, community and aged care. She is the Founder and Managing Director of the Community Access Care Group, a multi-service organisation she has built from the ground up.
Her leadership is defined by integrity, responsibility and steadiness — particularly in environments where decisions directly impact people’s lives.
Julie’s career has been shaped by responsibility rather than theory. She understands the pressures faced by families navigating care systems, the challenges frontline teams experience daily and the weight leaders carry when people depend on them.
Her leadership philosophy centres on ethical decision-making, transparent communication, respect for people and community, and long-term thinking over short-term solutions.
